A Chartered Building Surveyor he is known for building high-performing teams and providing clear, strategic advice across complex, high-value real estate transactions. Before founding Kingswood, Tom led the UK & Ireland Lenders and Investors team at Arcadis where he was responsible for 120+ professionals delivering advisory services across all major asset classes. Commercial and client-focused Tom is a trusted partner to those navigating risk and unlocking value in today’s market.

Lewis McCormack is a founding director of Kingswood Real Estate Advisory, with a career built as a consultant advising private equity, large institutional investors, and lenders on the acquisition, disposal, refinancing, and operation of real estate assets. He is known for building strong client relationships, understanding investor priorities, and shaping strategies to deliver sustainable growth. At Kingswood, Lewis leads business development and market engagement, setting the strategic direction of the firm and driving its evolution. A specialist in MEP technical due diligence, Gary has over 35 years of experience advising investors, developers, and property owners on asset performance, risk, and compliance across commercial real estate. Gary has led technical due diligence (TDD) assessments for major portfolio transactions, including: - Portfolio TDD – Large-scale commercial property acquisitions and disposals across the UK and EMEA. - Mission-Critical Assets – Due diligence for data centres and high-dependency infrastructure. With expertise in risk management, ESG, and lifecycle assessments, Gary ensures clients receive clear, strategic guidance to optimize asset value and mitigate risk in every engagement.

John Williams brings over 40 years of leadership experience in the construction industry, including 31 years with Arcadis (formerly EC Harris) in senior UK and international roles with a focus on the real estate investment and development sectors. John has advised and led on major programmes across aviation, infrastructure, and real estate. As Advisor to the Board at Kingswood, John draws on a career of driving business performance, managing complex client relationships, and guiding organisations through strategic change.
