Kingswood Opens Edinburgh Office at The Auction Rooms

We are pleased to announce the opening of our new Edinburgh office at The Auction Rooms, 22 Queen Street, Edinburgh, EH2 1JX.

The new office gives us a permanent presence in Scotland. It complements our London base and brings our team closer to clients and assets across Scotland and the North of the UK.

The Edinburgh office is led by Jon Bees, who heads up our monitoring instructions in the North. From Queen Street, we will deliver our full range of services to institutional owners, investors and lenders: Technical Due Diligence, Project Monitoring, Environmental Due Diligence, Reinstatement Cost Assessments and Building Consultancy.

Opening in Edinburgh is a natural next step for Kingswood. Our clients increasingly need advice on the ground across the whole of the UK. Having Jon and a base in the heart of the city lets us respond quickly, with the same quality and commercial focus our clients expect.
