Kingswood shortlisted for Consultant of the Year at Student Awards

We are delighted to share that Kingswood Real Estate Advisory has been shortlisted for Consultant of the Year at the Property Week Student Accommodation Awards 2025.

As a team, we set out to bring a fresh, client-focused approach to technical due diligence, project monitoring and building consultancy. Being recognised in this way so early in our journey is a huge milestone for the business and a testament to the advice and support we provide to our clients. We have already had involvement in over €2bn of live or completed PBSA transactions with more to come. We have supported clients in the acquisition, disposal and refinancing of portfolios, and continue to provide monitoring support on a number of schemes.
