Kingswood shortlisted for Consultant of the Year at the Student Accommodation Awards 2026

Kingswood Real Estate Advisory is going back for a second Consultant of the Year title at the Property Week Student Accommodation Awards 2026. The practice has been shortlisted as a finalist having taken the award in 2025, and will be defending it at the ceremony on 1 December 2026 at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge, London.

The shortlisting recognises Kingswood's work for institutional owners, investors and funders across the student accommodation sector, spanning technical due diligence, development monitoring, environmental due diligence and building consultancy. The team have worked on several billion pounds of PBSA in the UK across the past year.

Our thanks go to the clients who have trusted us with that work over the past twelve months, and to the team who have delivered it.
