Kingswood's first graduate recruit - Hugo Henzell

We are pleased to announce that Hugo Henzell has joined Kingswood Real Estate Advisory on a full-time basis as our first graduate.

Hugo first joined us on an internship, and it did not take long for him to make an impression. He asked great questions, took the initiative without waiting to be asked and brought fresh thinking to the business - all the qualities we look for, but are not easily taught.

Hugo joins us while undertaking an MSc in Building Surveying at the University of the Built Environment, combining academic study with hands-on exposure to live instructions across our technical due diligence, monitoring and building consultancy workstreams. We will be supporting him throughout his studies and on his route to becoming a chartered building surveyor through the RICS Assessment of Professional Competence.

Kingswood is committed to bringing in the best talent and nurturing it. Leading technical advice comes from people who genuinely understand the buildings and the risks they are advising on, and that understanding is built over time through real responsibility, good supervision and exposure to the work itself. Hugo will be involved in meaningful projects from the outset, with the support around him to do that well.
