Resi Awards 2026 shortlisting

We are delighted to announce that Kingswood Real Estate Advisory has been shortlisted for two categories at the 2026 Resi Awards: Consultancy of the Year and Professional Services Team of the Year.

The shortlisting recognises an exceptional first year for Kingswood and reflects the strength of our technical advice, the quality of our team, and the trust placed in us by our clients across the UK residential sector.

Since launching in 2025, Kingswood has quickly established itself as a specialist consultancy providing Technical Due Diligence, Development Monitoring, ESG Advisory and Building Consultancy services to investors, lenders and asset managers. In our first year we have supported over £4bn of residential transactions and developments, working across Build-to-Rent, Purpose-Built Student Accommodation, single-family housing and social housing portfolios.

Our work has ranged from advising on some of the UK’s largest residential investment transactions through to providing monitoring assurance on major development programmes and delivering hands-on building consultancy for historic residential estates. Throughout this growth, our focus has remained the same: clear, independent and commercially grounded technical advice that helps clients make confident investment decisions.

The shortlisting also recognises the rapid growth of the Kingswood team. From a standing start in 2025, the business has expanded to a growing multidisciplinary team of specialists, combining deep sector experience with a culture of collaboration, integrity and hands-on leadership. Our directors remain closely involved in every project, ensuring that clients benefit from senior insight and rigorous delivery standards.

Innovation has also been a key part of our approach. Over the past year we have invested in technology and research to help clients navigate the increasingly complex regulatory and technical landscape shaping residential investment. Our research into Building Safety Act readiness and fire safety in residential transactions has been widely read by investors and asset managers, contributing to wider industry understanding of the evolving regulatory environment.

Most importantly, this recognition reflects the relationships we have built with our clients. We are proud to work with some of the most active investors, lenders and operators in the residential market, and we are grateful for the trust they place in our advice.

Being shortlisted in two categories at the Resi Awards is a fantastic milestone for our young business. It is a testament to the dedication of our team and the support of our clients and partners across the industry.
